If you are a new patient and have never been seen by a family doctor at Grace Medical, we look forward to meeting you and caring for your health. Please click below to book your first Meet and Greet appointment with the doctor of your choice. Grace Medical currently has both male and female doctors that are accepting new patients.
WHAT IS A DOCTOR MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENT?
Your first appointment as a new patient of the clinic is called a Meet and Greet. This meeting is to collect your medical history details. This meeting is also an introduction to see if this working relationship between yourself and the doctor is a good fit. Once a positive meeting has been established, you can be added as a patient of the clinic.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you, so missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other patients.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of $30.00.
Future appointments will be denied until payment is made.
NO SHOW- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the No Show fee of $30.00 before booking the next appointment.
If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control such as emergencies and your doctor may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
